For qualifying customers, Clique Logistics is pleased to offer the FreightSafe Warranty, for peace of mind while your goods are in transport. This program is managed by FreightSafe, a professional Third Party Claims Manager, with over 17 years of experience in the industry.

In the event of loss or damage to your consignment, please click on the link below to submit a claim. FreightSafe will engage with you directly to progress your claim.

Importantly, some commodity types are not covered under the FreightSafe Warranty, including currency, jewellery, precious metals & stones, antiques, works of art, drugs, weapons, cigarettes & tobacco-related products, valuable documents, glass or glass-related products, and secondhand/used goods in the event of damage.
